  • ENHANCED AUDIT AND ANALYSIS

    • Oftentimes, with department changeovers, decentralized documentation, and “shadow IT”, IT departments can lose track of some billable services. Through our Network Audit process, we work with your constituents to gather bills, diagrams, and other intel from users to identify what network is functioning across all your sites. We gather contract info, term, and rates, giving you a comprehensive view to both functionality and spend as a starting point.

  • NETWORK  DESIGN

    • Once we have a clear picture of the Current Scenario, we can take your network/application objectives, and business goals, and, together with your input, devise network/application options to satisfy your collaborative needs.  We can structure designs in phases as needed to accommodate transitional and acquisition requirements, refining views with your input until there is a workable and actionable plan developed to meet your specific requirements

  • RFP/CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

    • Should you have a mandate or a preference to submit your network design requirements through a formal bid, we can offer formal bid writing and management services that will allow you to represent to key stakeholders that the procurement process was handled properly and fairly across all vendors solicited for input.  We can  handle all aspects of the bid, from documenting to receiving and responding to questions, to facilitating the bid opening meetings, and creating/managing assessment documents and scoring. We can further customize this in any way you require.

    • Should you not require RFP management, we can also offer advise and consult on the contracting process, ensuring you have all the pocket language inserted that you need to protect your interests and those of your end users. We also can enforce that language throughout the life of the contract, seeking and securing SLA treatment when or if the product(s) ordered do not meet MTTR and other functional goals.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    • Pursuant to vendor/product)s) selection, we can provide overlay or primary Project Management services, to ensure a smooth and well documented implementation process.  We have at our available a PMP certified team of professionals with broad and deep experience in Project Management, who can lend the proactive care and stewardship needed to ensure your network is turned up on time and under budget

  • LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

    • Once in place, we can help ensure your network functions as ordered.  Through tight Contract Management and Vendor Management, we ensure you get what you contracted regardless of what it takes.  We have worked extensively with both Federal (FCC) and State and Local PUCs to secure reimbursements for clients when services fell out of order beyond guaranteed uptime periods. We have recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for clients when vendor responses to outages did not meet with client or tariff provided requirements.

    • We can also support lifecycle add on and upgrade requirements, contract renewals, returns and exchanges, for your ease and convenience.  We function as an extension of your team, enhancing their efforts by handling the documentation and “administrivia” that frequently goes along with networks.  We can also maintain all the network documentation – user lists, contracts, diagrams, etc. – for your use.

  • MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

    • When things break, as they unfortunately sometimes do, we can assist with ticket management, escalations, and SLA refunds as needed.  Our extensive contacts at the C Suite level with many Tier I and Tier II providers gives us a fast track and near immediate access to the people who can help you the quickest, getting you back online as quickly as possible.
